the hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close to a lake and switzerland. the terrace had nice meals. the staff was pleasant plus the location was magnificent and beautiful. besides, the property was 2 km away from jugendherberge u.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had an unbeatable view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect, surrounded by greenery and with a breathtaking view right outside our window. The staff, especially Marta, were incredibly supportive and made our stay extremely comfortable.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
